“Forgotten World in Berlin ”

The image is based on a view of Berlin that no longer exists today. The old factory buildings have given way to modern residential and commercial blocks. What prompted a visual meditation on transience, transformation, and urban identity is now gone. The abandoned brick architecture, a symbol of the fading industrial past, has disappeared. The television tower in the background, a symbol of progress and collective memory, is no longer visible from here today. Nature, which had reclaimed its space and thus brought poetry of resilience and the passage of time into play, has also been forgotten. But from today\'s perspective, I understand the image as a visual poem about urban change. It tells of a Berlin that is constantly reinventing itself without hiding its scars. .
